In Belgium, we are completing the third week of containment. After discussions with Brussels Mobility and in order to ensure service for people who have to travel, we’ve decided to keep more than half of our scooters available (2000 instead of 3000 in Brussels and 200 in Liège). We’re doing our utmost to ensure the safety of our employees and our users. Since the first week, we have made our scooters available free of charge for the hospital's staff.
We have maintained our service in Brussels and Liège with an adapted operational system.
After 3 weeks, here are our early results:
👉More than 500 trips and still growing every week made by hospital staff from CHU Saint-Pierre, CHU Brugmann and CHIREC Delta.
👉We created a new area for @chu-brugmann in Laeken
👉 Longer trips: average trip increased by 50%
👉 And more frequently to or from hospitals: an increase of 80% over the period
